At EquitbleTech, we believe in amplifying the voices that are shaping the future of tech, particularly those who are underrepresented in industry.

We don't claim to be the solution. We are attempting to create a platform where diverse experiences, ideas and solutions take centre stage. If you have a story to tell, an issue to highlight, or insights to share, we would love for you to be part of this conversation.

We are currently looking for

• Individuals in tech; If you represent diversity in tech, and want to share your experiences, challenges and insights, we would love to interview you
• Businesses Of All Shapes and sizes; Are you a founder from an underrepresented background in tech? We would love to spotlight your business and talk about your experiences
• Organisations Driving Change; If your organisation is working to improve DEI, accessibility, or ethical tech, we would love to interview a representative and highlight your work
• Writers & Contributors; If you have expertise, lived experience or analysis on tech equity, we welcome guest contributions.

Why Contribute?

Currently, EquitableTech is a labour of love. We do this because we believe in the mission - not because we are making money from it. This site is currently bankrolled by our founders' software company to help keep us running.

In the near future, we hope to secure sponsors so we can pay our contributors and support the organisations that we feature. Until then, we hope the visibility we provide, for your work, business or ideas, provide some value in return.
